About the Rubin Museum of Art

The Rubin Museum of Art (The Rubin Museum) is a museum dedicated to the diffusion and preservation of art and cultures of the Indian subcontinent, the Himalayas, Central Asia, and other regions within Eurasia. The permanent art collection is mostly focused on Tibetan art. This delicate museum is located in the heart of the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, where visitors will leave the stressful streets of NYC to be immersed in the Budish culture through its different exhibitions.
